So this is what I've come up with so far, not alot, just basically a summary of how the story begins. It doesn't sound bad no idea where I'm going to go with it but guess I'll see what my muse comes up with.

After being diagnosed with Coronary artery disease at age 24 Alexis James is, understandably, pissed at the world. The doctor told her that hopefully with medicine and some lifestyle changes she can manage the disease. If not a more drastic approach might be necessary. Hoping for the best he puts Alexis on an ACE inhibitor and tells her to take Aspirin every morning as well as a multi-vitamin. He explains that doing mild exercise will also help by strengthening the heart, starting a heart-healthy diet, and getting regular medical check-ups will help to make sure the disease doesn't progress.

Alexis tries to live her new life but when she suffers a heart attack realizes maybe drastic measures are the only way and talks to her doctor about being put on a donor list. He tells her that the waiting list is long and that the chances of finding someone that is compatible with her is slim. He goes on to explain the process how she'll undergo tests to see if her body and mental state can handle surgery.

That night, after being released from the hospital, against her better judgment Alexis goes out for one last hurrah, she gets drunk off her ass and on her way home is accosted by a mugger and is saved by some old dude. He's says he can help her with her problem if she will help him with his. Thinking this man is nuts, and piss drunk she says, "Sure, buddy.".

What she doesn't realize is she just signed up for the worlds most weirdest job.
